"There is no situation which can be called as odd situation / threat , for Environment itself is understood as permanently unstable and therefore it is the organisation to be either suitable or unsuitable to the situation. That is if an organisation is succeeding, then say, it is presently at suitable level to the Environment and if it is failing in any form including disaster, say the Organisation is presently at unsuitable level to the environment.
